A gust of wind blows in through my open window as I sit in
meditation. It feels like the essence of sweetness
distilled. In that moment, briefer than the snap of a
finger, more fleeting than a flash of lightening, I feel the
caress of heaven’s bliss. And then it’s gone. Yet, this
feeling echoes through my awareness like a small ripple
across a vast lake, touching a faint whisper of joy.
And then it’s really gone…?
